1. Click "Actions"
2. Click "Send SMS"
3. Click "Create"
4. Click here and type your SMS Content.
5. Give the condition to when it should be sent.
6. Click "Save"
7. To assign it to an assistant Click "Assistants"
8. Click "Open" into an Assistant
9. Click "Actions"
10. Click "Add"
11. Select the SMS
12. And now you see it assigned to your Assistant.
